GRADUATION SURVEY OF UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE
STUDENTS COMPLETING DEGREE PROGRAMS IN
THE DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS AND STATISTICS

All undergraduate and graduate students completing a program of study in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics are asked to complete this survey. It is very important that graduates take a few minutes to complete the survey so that the department has information that accurately reflects the opinions of students completing our programs. This information will be used to evaluate departmental programs and faculty.

This exit interview survey is an opportunity for graduates to candidly assess their educational experience in the undergraduate major or graduate program taken in the Department. The Department is very interested in each student’s opinion regarding courses, instructors and other experiences related to your degree program.

Please note that your answers will be kept confidential by the chair. Results are analyzed as group data by the department's Assessment Committee and comments about individual faculty members are reported to them anonymously. Upon completion of the survey you will be asked to set up an appointment to meet face-to-face with me, at which time we will discuss your responses and any other input you have for us.
