Throughout the project, I helped with testing of wafers as they came in. From the beginning, I helped train the rest of the capstone team on how to test wafers on the SMU and how to store results. I worked closely with Richard to conduct testing on the available wafers up until we were no longer allowed to continue testing in the lab. I used my experience from INF 638/639 to provide guidance about the wafers and help with understanding of the results that we collected.

Along with assisting with wafer testing, I helped design the resistance vs. current graphs of the “good” cells. I used these graphs to compare the resistance of cells at the time they were first tested as well as during the project to check for decay. In addition, I used my knowledge of PUFs from INF 638/639 to help with data analysis. After I graduate in May, I will be working as a Core Test Engineer at Micron Technology.

I supported Matt with making and formatting the website. In order to do this I had to learn web development from no prior knowledge of any of it. While I was not working on the website I assisted in testing some of the wafers. I am graduating with a major in Electrical Engineering with a computer emphasis in computers. I am still waiting to hear back from companies that I have interviewed with to know what I am doing when school ends.

Matt has been responsible primarily for the website, organizing data, and keeping track of administrative matters regarding the Capstone class. He is graduating this semester with a Computer Engineering Major and a Computer Science Minor and will be working at Micron Technology as a Test Solutions Engineer.
